Associate Account Manager: Job Brief


While we are a fully remote firm, this is one position that we prefer only Wyoming-based individuals apply for. The majority of our client base is right here in Casper, Wy (and the regional area) and it makes it a lot easier to develop and maintain those client relationships we can be here, and in person most of the time. Our account managers are attentive, highly responsive, and emotionally intelligent. This position is a frontward-facing gig where you will work with our lead account managers and learn our processes and how to effectively manage client marketing initiatives. While our expectations are high, it’s an incredibly rewarding seat at the table and can lead to a full account manager position in time. Marketing experience of a minimum of 2 years is required for this position.

  • Be a liaison between the agency, the clients, and the BARK team
  • Overlooks and fosters client relationships and makes sure clients are heard
  • Assesses client needs and determines long/short-term goals and executes the day-to-day duties we’ve
    been hired to perform
  • Work with business development and creative teams for presentations, pitches, marketing strategies
    and creative development


  • Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, etc
  • Quick learner of internal management software systems
  • Business knowledge
  • A keen observer of society and trends, specifically among clients’ target audience
  • Availability and timeliness of client communications is essential
  • Possess financial management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
  • Experience with Constant Contact (or other email marketing platforms)
  • Some experience with Adobe Suite
